Demand and activity peaks this season resulting in competition and prices heading sharply upward. The average sales cycle from listing to close is roughly 3-4 months. The market slows softly into the summer and fall, although the consistent skyrocketing of Northeast Florida home sale prices over the last few years in has kept the market going strong through the end of the year.
