2019 was another stellar year for sellers in the Jacksonville Beaches (Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach, Jacksonville Beach)!

The Beaches Home Sales Prices:

Home sale prices in The Beaches rose another 5% in 2019, with the average home in the area selling for $474,729, a 25% increase in the last 5 years.

The Beaches Inventory:

For the 5th year in a row, inventory levels have stayed under 5 months as the market remains a solid sellers market (6 months of inventory is considered a balanced market). Listings entering the market are selling at a consistent rate, and while both new listings and sold listings dropped a tad in 2019, demand continues to outpace supply.

So what does it all mean for your Beaches home sale?

If you've been waiting for the right time to sell, this would certainly be it! We never know what the future may hold for the Jacksonville market but the time is right, RIGHT NOW! And if you're looking to buy in the area, be prepared for competition!
